BLUEGREEN VACATIONS · 2017 WEBSITE PROTOTYPE · NOT PUBLICLY LAUNCHED
Project: Online Travel Guide
Position: Copywriter
Project contribution: Content strategy and website planning, working directly with a creative director
I planned how an entire travel-content website would be organized: what visitors would find, how content would be grouped, and how navigation would connect the experience. I defined the content hierarchy and categories, working directly with a creative director to translate the strategy into a prototype.
Audience and purpose. Help travelers explore destinations and find useful guidance on dining, shopping, and activities.
Site structure and navigation. Define the content hierarchy and destination categories so visitors could browse by place or interest. The prototype brings together experiences, inspiration, and travel guides.
Planning across pages. The nine-page PDF shows the proposed homepage, featured-article listings, and archive views, making the relationship between content organization and page design visible.
What this demonstrates: Website planning, information architecture, content categorization, and collaboration with design.
